Featured Projects What are Featured projects? Featured projects help you find professional service providers with high quality end product and very competitive bids. Benefits of a Featured Project ? Projects with Featured status are marked with a small icon for all service providers to see and are listed on the main page for a much longer period of time, assuring that every single freelancer with interest notices the project. Freelancers are charged a reduced rate to participate in a Featured project. This results in lower bids, as the freelancers are able to pass the savings on to you. Featured project assures freelancers that the buyer is serious about doing business. How much does it cost? There is a flat fee of £20 to post a Featured project, but you will not be charged the regular £5 fee when closing your project. More importantly, freelancers are charged half the usual rate, which will result in lower bids for you. Some more details ! Featured project gives you more flexibility, such as allowing freelancers to bid an hourly service cost, per-item pricing, trades, etc. So consider opening a featured project if you want programmers to bid in any unusual way. You are allowed to publish your contact info on a Featured project and request it from service providers, this is not allowed in regular projects as per our site terms and conditions.
